MCH100-AB Battle Damage and Repair Kit
Malcom Company offers a powerful, fully portable, battery powered heat gun and
soldering iron kit. The MCH-100-AB battery powered BDAR heat gun kit was developed
specifically for soldering, de-soldering, shrink tube and solder sleeves work that needs to
be done in the field for repairs from Battle Damage.
The MCH-100-AB is packaged in a rugged case with foam cut outs and wheels for easy
packaging and transportation. The MCH-100-AB provides a complete package for
electronic field repairs. The high temperature heat gun is ideal for installing heat
shrinkable tubing, shrink boots and solder sleeves: while the soldering iron can perform
a variety of different electronics repair.
Eliminating the needs for power generators, propane and open flame, the Malcom MCH
100-AB Portable Battery Powered Heat Gun Kit features a built-in motor with a fan to
provide 2.66 CFM air flow, and comes with three nozzles for various shrinking and
soldering applications and also comes with a 50 Watt battery powered soldering iron
including three soldering tips which provides ample heat for a wide variety of soldering
applications.
The Malcom MCH-100-AB Portable Battery Powered Heat Gun kit includes the following
items:
- 42 Volt Heat Gun with quick disconnect connector.
- 48 volt rechargeable battery pack housed in a rugged carrying case equipped
with a 9 ft. Cable and quick disconnect connector.
- Universal battery charger for world wide use including 12-42V DC, 120V - 230V
AC, 50 - 400 Hz
- BB-390 Battery Adapter plate.
- Two discharge caps
- Light weight rugged chemical resistant carry case with tool pockets and shoulder
strap.
- Three stainless shrink and solder reflective nozzles
- 50 watt battery powered soldering iron with quick disconnect connector.
- Three standard soldering tips for battery powered soldering iron.
- Rugged hard plastic storage case for all items with foam cut outs, wheels and
retractable handle for easy transportation.
